From Eden to Sinai, God has given man laws by which he can live well on the earth and later realize the hope of eternal life. These laws, sealed with blood that pre-figured the prophesied Lamb of God, find fulfillment in God’s wonderful promises, but also contain the dire warnings of a God who will not be mocked. Have we realized in our life-walks God’s goodness and power, personified in His provision for man’s greatest need—redemption?
